Prayer unto the Queen of Succubi

Prayer Unto the Queen of Succubi
by Andrew Chumbly

I bless the Waters of Desire
I drink the Fountain White.
I call thee Mother Lilith
Harlot of the Night.

Mine are the Blossoms of Rousing
To Bewitch the Moon-Feast round;
Unto me thy Daughters
Ye Nymphs of Paradise ground.

I bless the Waters of Desire
I drink the Fountain White.
I call thee Mother Lilith
Harlot of the Night.

By the Mystery of the Bright Moon
And the Vessel of Quickening Fire
Thy Power is Made Flesh.

Some interesting info from Grimm's Teutonic Mythology...

ok-pulled out Grimm's Teutonic Mythology and found some interesting references to the Eternal Hunter IN Germany...He is called Hackelberend-and one story does indeed say he hunted on the Sabbath-Sunday and was cursed-the other says that one his deathbed he refused to hear about heaven from the priest and replied "The Lord may keep his heaven, so long he leaves me my hunting". thus being cursed for all eternity to hunt... pags 922-923

"Miracle (wundern) is the salutary, magic (zaubern) the hurtful or unlawful, use of supernatural powers: miracle in divine, magic devilish; not till the gods were degraded and despised was magic imputed to them. Beings midway betwixt them and man, sage, giants, artful elves and dwarfs practice magic; only their skill seems more innate, stationary, not an acquired act. Man can heal or poison, by directing natural forces to good or to evil; sometimes he even shares the gift of miracle, but when he pushes the beneficient exercise of his powers to the supernatural point, he learns to conjure. Miracle is wrought by honest means, magic by unlawful; the one is geheuer (blessed, wholesome) the other ungeheuer. At the same time the origin of all conjuring must be traced directly to the most sacred callings, which contained in themselves all the wisdom of heatherndom, via. religious worship and the art of song. Sacrificing and singing came to mean conjuring; the priest and the poet, confidants of the gods and participants of divine inspiration, stand next-door to the fortune-teller and magician. Is is so with all nations, and was so with our ancestors: by exception, not of contrast. The ancient Germans knew magic and magicians: on this foundation first , do all the later fancies rest. And the belief was necessarily strengthened and complicated when, upon the introduction of christianity, all heathern notions and practices were declared to be deceit and sinful delusion: the old gods fell back and changed into devils, and all that pertained to their worship into devilish jugglery..."

Holda and Pertcha are purely pagan half-goddesses, round whom gathers the magic ring-

dance"...

"After the conversion, sorcery links itself with the discredited gods both foreign and

domestic: not at once with the Devil yet to take root among the people. The Withes

are of the retinue of former goddesses, who, hurled from their thrones, transformed from

gracious adored beings into malign and dreaded ones, roam restless by night, and instead

of their once stately progresses can only maintain stolen forbidden conferences with their

adherents. Even when the bulk of the people was won over to the new doctrine, indivdual

men would for a time remain true to the old faith, and perform their heathern rites in

secert: but soon these pagan practices would cease for as real facts, and abide in the

memory and shaping fancy of mankind, and the more enduringly if they were connected

with popular feasts and the permitted or prohibited usage about healings and poisonings.

Performance, tradition, fancy were mixt up together, and no single century can possibly

have been without the notion of illicit idolatrous magic, even if we are unable to specify the

shape in which it entertained it." pg 054-1055 Teutonic Mythology.

What to my mind completely establishes the milder explaination of witche's doings, which

leaves the Devil out of the reckoning, is the collection of conjuring spells collected. Taken

mostly from witch-trails of the last few centuries, when the link between witch and devil

was a long-established thing to the popular mind, they refer not to devilish doing at all, but

everywhere to elvish or even christian. Some of them seem to be of high antuquity, or

heathen origins, and to have been handed down through a long course of oral traditions.

Their power to hurt or heal is founded on faith in elves and sprites, whose place is

afterwards filled with angels and holy names."

"of all the names (for the Devil) confessed by witches, none is commoner than Flederwisch-

which means the end limb of a gooze wing, used for the purpose of dusting, aptly denoting

the rapid whisking to and fro."

Conjurations of the Kings

CONJURATION OF THE KING OF THE EAST
I conjure and invoke thee, O powerful King of the East, MAGOA, by my holy labour, by all the names of Divinity, by the same of the All-Powerful: I command thee to obey, and to come to me, or that failing, forthwith and immediately to send unto me MASSAYEL, ARIEL, SATIEL, ARDUEL, ACORIB, to respond concerning all that I would know and to fulfill all that I shall command. Else thou shalt come verily in thine own Person, to satisfy my will; which refusing, I shall compel thee by all the virtue and power of God.
The Grand Pentacle or Circle of Solomon will answer for the above and following Conjurations, which can be said on all days and at all hours. If it be desired to speak only with one spirit, one only need be named, at the choice of the reader.
CONJURATION OF THE KING OF THE SOUTH
EGYM, great King of the South, I conjure and invoke thee by the most high and holy Names of God, do thou here manifest, clothed with all thy Power; come before this circle, or at least send me forthwith Fadal, Nastrache, to make answer unto me, and to execute all my wishes. If thou failest, I shall force thee by God Himself.
CONJURATION OF THE KING OF THE WEST
BAYMON, most potent King, who reignest in the Western quarter, I call and I invoke thee in the name of the Deity! I command thee by virtue of the Most High, to send me immediately before this circle the Spirit Passiel Rosus, with all other Spirits who are subject unto thee, that the same may answer in everything, even as I shall require them. If thou failest, I
will torment thee with the sword of fire divine; I will multiply thy sufferings and will burn thee.
CONJURATION OF THE KING OF THE NORTH
O thou, AMAYMON, King and Emperor of the Northern Parts, I call, invoke, exorcise and conjure thee, by the virtue and power of the Creator, and by the virtue of virtues, to send me presently, and without delay, Madael, Laaval, Bamlahe, Belem and Ramath, with all other Spirits of thine obedience, in comely and human form I In whatsoever Place thou now art, come hither and render that honour which thou owest to the true living God, Who is thy Creator. In the name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, come therefore, and be obedient, in front of this circle, without Peril to my body or soul. Appear in comely human form, with no terror encompassing thee, I conjure thee, make haste, come straightway, and at once. By all the Divine names--SECHIEL, BARACHIEL--if thou dost not obey promptly, BALANDIER, suspensus, iracundus, Origratiumgu, Partus, Olemdemis, and Bautratis, N. I exorcise thee, do invoke and do impose most high commandment upon thee, by the omnipotence of the living God, and of the true God; by the virtue of the holy God, and by the power of Him Who spake and all things were made, even by His holy commandment the heaven and earth were made, with all that is in them! I adjure thee by the Father, by the Son and by the Holy Ghost, even by the Holy Trinity, by that God Whom thou canst not resist, under Whose empire I will compel thee; I conjure thee by God the Father, by God the Son., by God the Holy Ghost., by the Mother of Jesus Christ, Holy Mother and Perpetual Virgin, by her sacred heart, by hey blessed milk, which the Son of the Father sucked, by her most holy body and soul, by all the parts and members of this Virgin, by all the sufferings,
afflictions, labours, agonies which she endured during the whole course of her life, by all the sighs she uttered, by all the holy tears which she shed whilst her dear Son wept before the time of His dolorous passion and on the tree of the Cross, by all the sacred holy things which are offered and done, and also by all others, as in heaven so on earth, in honour of our Saviour Jesus Christ, and of the Blessed Mary, His Mother, by whatsoever is celestial, by the Church Militant, in honour of the Virgin and of all the Saints. In like manner, I conjure thee by the Holy Trinity, by all other mysteries, by the sign of the Cross, by the most precious blood and water which flowed from the side of Jesus Christ, by the sweat which issued from His whole body, when He said in the Garden of Olives; My Father, if it be possible, let this chalice Pass from me. I conjure thee by His death and Passion, by His burial and glorious resurrection, by His ascension, by the coming of the Holy Ghost. I adjure thee, furthermore, by the crown of thorns which was set upon His head, by the blood which flowed from His feet and hands, by the nails with which He was nailed to the tree of the Cross, by the holy tears which He shed, by all which He suffered willingly through great love of us: by the lungs, the heart, the hair, the inward Parts, and all the members of our Saviour Jesus Christ. I conjure thee by the judgment of the living and the dead, by the Gospel words of our Saviour Jesus Christ, by His preachings, by His sayings, by His miracles, by the child in swaddling-clothes, by the crying child, borne by the mother in her most pure and virginal womb; by the glorious intercession of the Virgin Mother of our Saviour Jesus Christ; by all which is of God and of His Most Holy Mother, as in heaven so on earth. I conjure thee by the holy Angels and Archangels, by all the blessed orders of Spirits, by the holy patriarchs and Prophets, by all the holy martyrs and confessors, by all the

holy virgins and innocent widows, by all the saints of God, both men and women. I conjure thee by the head of St. John the Baptist, by the milk of St. Catherine, and by all the Saints.

Cosmology...

ok-for me this morning it seems I have a Need to start putting the peices of my Cosmology puzzle in place...
Of course-for me at least- Lilith is the WitchMother-and the 3 faced angel - Samael/Melek Taus/Azrael is the WitchFather...
as listed earlier-the teachings of the 'Watchers' is what brought Magick to us-As Above So Below...
so I believe that it is via our work with the Angelick entities that we are taught the Mysteries...and that Lilith-was the First Initiated by Samael-thus the Initiatrix-who was the Mother of Cain/Qayin, fathered by Adam/Nachash-the first Adam/Adam Kadmeon the ideal man...then it was Lilith who initiated Cain-who then became the Wanderer-after he committed the first sacrifice...
Lilith removed herself from Eden-the Garden, to take up residence in the realm of the Fae-"in Tir-fa-Thonn, the bright land that is in the Astral Sea, until the Moon Mother who rules the rise and fall of Astral tides called her to her temple that is with Aurd-na-Rea, the High-place of the Moon..."
Where she is the Mother of the Fae...
Thus is the passage of the WitchBlood-

"Remember-We are Spirits
We fell from the Stars
Everything is Magick
Everything is a Sacred Spirit"...

It is from this that I move to the Hexen-
...and the 4 Daemon Kings work in conjuction with the WitchMother and the 3 faced angel-the WitchFather-as laid out in the Grimoire of St. Cypriano-the Wizard...

for the Goddess of the Hexen comes to me on the Wings of the Geese-the Wild Hunt-old Mother Holle-who walks the Ghost Roads and brings the Winter with her-to the procession - of the Unbaptised-the procession of her Sister-Perchten-from the creatures of the Wildwood-who come out of the Wilderness to roam the streets/the Ghost Roads around which the Village/City has formed...to remind us all that we all stand on Hallowed ground-and that the paths we cross are the paths of the Spirits-the Genii Loci-the Spirits of Place-and the Ancestors-the Mighty Dead-who never truly are far from our hearts, or our Blood...and that we are tied to one another by the Red Cord of Blood and Bone-by the White Cord of the Spirit-and the Silver Cord of Tir-fa-Thoon-the silver cord of the Astral.

and the Eternal Hunter-'der ewige jäger'-the Red Lord of the Hunt-who is the provider-for when the fruits of the Lord of the Greenwood are gone-it is by the blood spilled by the Hunter that the 'Tribe' survives...

...and it is this Blood that connects it all-the Blood which is poured over the Crystal Skull of the N'Ganga-Spirit Vessel-home to that which comes and that which goes-following the Path of the Silver Wheel as it turns...the Blood of the Sacrificed Kings-shed For the Land...

As we follow the Weave that the 3 Sisters thread-bringing us together and pulling us apart...those daugthers of Old Mama Fate...

"In Life and Death, we are the Stars woven
into the fabric of Wyrd, wide She casts
her net to catch the 'fallen' to gather
them up Home again"...

~Robin the Dart~

For it is by the 7 stars/planets
by the 4 Daemon Kings
by the 3-faced Angel
and the 1 true Initriatrix

that we pass the Flaming Sword of Azrael
following the Mysteries down
the Crooked Path Below
and then aside the Serpent
we asend again...Above
From ClayBorn to StarBorn...

HOME...

Partial List of Grigori and Their Sources
• Armaros (also Amaros) in Enoch I taught men the resolving of enchantments.
• Araqiel (also Arakiel, Araqael, Araciel, Arqael, Sarquael, Arkiel, Arkas) in Enoch I taught humans the signs of the earth. However, in the Sibylline Oracles, Araqiel is referred to not as a fallen angel, or Grigori, but as one of the 5 angels who lead the souls of men to judgement, the other 4 being Ramiel, Uriel, Samiel, and Aziel.
• Azazel in I Enoch taught men to make knives, swords, shields, and how to devise ornaments and cosmetics.
• Baraqel (Baraqiel) taught men astrology (from Enoch I).
• Chazaqiel taught men the signs of the clouds (meteorology) in Enoch I.
• Kokabiel (also Kakabel, Kochbiel, Kokbiel, Kabaiel, and Kochab), in The Book of the Angel Raziel, is a high-ranking, holy angel but, in general apocryphal lore and also in Enoch I, he is a fallen Grigori, resident of nether realms, and commands 365,000 surrogate spirits to do his bidding. Among other duties, he instructs his fellows in astrology.
• Penemue in I Enoch 69.8 "taught mankind the art of writing with ink and paper," and taught "the children of men the bitter and the sweet and the secrets of wisdom."
• Sariel (also Suriel, Zerachiel, and Sarakiel) is one of the 7 archangels originally listed in the Enoch books as Saraqel. Apocryphally, he is the governor of the zodiacal sign of Aries. In the Enoch books, he also teaches of the courses of the moon (at one time regarded as forbidden knowledge).
• Samyaza (also Shemyazaz, Shamazya, Semiaza, Shemhazi, Semyaza and Amezyarak) is one of the leaders of the fall from heaven and is referred to in the Dead Sea Scrolls and Vocabulaire de l' Angelologie.
• Shamsiel, once a guardian of Eden, in the Zohar, served as one of the 2 chief aides to the Archangel Uriel (the other aide being Hasdiel) when Uriel bore his standard into battle, and is the head of 365 legions of angels and also crowns prayers, accompanying them to the 5th heaven. He is referred to in Jubilees as one of the Grigori. In I Enoch he is a fallen angel who teaches the signs of the sun.

"O, what a marvel it appeared to me,

When I beheld three faces on his head!"

~Dante~

Friday, September 27, 2013

of particular interest to me was the section

on the 'Angel of Death' specifically the

association between Azrael (Azrail) and

Samael here-as consort or 'husband' to

Lilith...

"Azrail (the name of the angel who removes

the soul from the dying body) is married

, has children, sends emissaries (diseases, old

age), etc. This also holds true for Samael in

East Europe who is often identified with the

Angel of Death himself. He is married to

*Lilith"...

as well as associating the Angel of Death

with

the eyes in the Peacock's tail

"He is full of eyes (nothing escapes him),"

and thus to the Peacock Angel Melek

Taus...which equate with the 3 faces of

the Angelick entity as WitchFather-Azrael-

Samael-Melek Taus...
