Taoist Peach wand for Evocation and use with the G.D. Geomantic box

ok-I Need a Taoist Peach wand for use with my Golden Dawn Geomantic box-for the Evocation of Azael-Demon King of the West/WATER...this ritual will be the third of the tetrad of Lunar Eclipses-Saturday night-April 4th...It is during this ritual that I will pierce my tongue to obtain a personal sigil for Azael by the tongue blood on parchment...
The Peace wand will be used-as Taoist tradition states-for drawing the sigil of Azael in the sand during Evocation...in the Geomantic box...created during the Neophyte 10=0 EARTH Grade ritual of the Golden Dawn...
The phase of the Moon I have chosen in the Waxing Moon-the one that will work best for me is Friday-March 27th. The Peach is Feminine/Venus/WATER-thus the working will be done within the planetary hours of Venus-which are 8:47-9:49 p.m.
The wand is to be cut from the East side of the Peach tree-on the opposite side of the tree (West) the sigil for 'Spirits of the Clouds' is to be written or carved in the wood. I have decided to write it-in Dove's Blood ink-mixed with blood of any participants.

I gave two of the Demon Kings-Samael and Azazel, both gifts of raw Sulphur from Addis Ababa Ethiopian open market into their Spirit Bottles for acting as intermediaries to the 3-faced Angel as WitchFather in the 3 Kings Ritual...

3 Kings ritual

I did the 3 Kings ritual, as WitchFather- Preserver, Destroyer, & Creator as 3 faces...I utilized the Spirit Bottles of the two masculine Demon Kings-Samael and Azazel as intermediaries...adding some raw Sulphur that was brought to me from Ethiopia as a gift from a friend to the two Spirit Bottles-I burned the traditional 3 Kings incense, in bottle form (mass market-3 Incense Reyes Kings) as well as some of the Ethiopian sulphur...as well as Samael: The Fallen Angel oil from the Luciferian Apotheca...Sigilized Hexes for Both the WitchFather and the Hexen Cosmology are on the Altar-as well as Eleggua as Opener of the Ways...
to anoint/charge the Red candles-which were utilized for the Masculine current-and arranged in a upright triangle-representative of the FIRE Triangle and Masculine current...

Geomancy, the peach-wood wand, and the blood sigil from the Tongue in Tao magick

In direct association with the recent workings as well-in Tao Magic by Laszlo Legesa, the use of Geomancy and the Geomantic box is discussed. As we-in our Golden Dawn 1=10 Zelator EARTH degree Work-created geomantic boxes-these opened up an interesting new twist on further use-than the described use by the Golden Dawn. (I did ask some GD folks-IF perhaps in regards to higher grade work-IF they incorporated any deeper usage of the Geomantic box-but no was known-or shared)...

The Peach-Wood Wand

"precise timing (was required) of Taoist occult rites...after the day and hour of the ceremony has been determined by an astrologer in accordance with the temple's geomancy, and the nature of the (ritual), a list was drawn up of those people whose presence would be inauspicious to the occasion. This was because of their eight characters (i.e. the cyclic double characters for year, month, day and hour of birth), would clash with the elements governing the auspiciousness of the chosen day. In fact, their presence would not only be an expression of disrespect, it might also incur the actual hostility of the spirits.

Equally elaborate was the procedure for making the peach-wood wands used in trance-drawings. In this type of talismanic composition [more often found in South China], the drawing was traced on a thin layer or sand or rice spread on a table (or in the geomantic box). The medium sometimes took the wand in both hands or, alternatively, allowed one hand to be held by the person wanting to establish contact with the Spirits and record the talismantic message. The drawing might be later transferred to paper, particualrly if the diagram was proved to be sufficient powerful. The peach-wood was usually cut from a twig growing on the east side of the tree, since the peach was associated with the immportale paradise of the Queen Motehr of the West, and the arrangement therefore sumbolized the union of East and West. On the side opposite the twig, characters meaning 'Spirit of the Clouds' [yin] would be cut in the bark of the tree. As implements of automatic writing, these wands were regarded as especially powerful and were frequently used in exorcism, as were peach-wood calligraphic swords. According to popular Taoist belief, the instruments used for writing talismans and charms were themselves so powerful that they were capabale of defeating not only ghosts and evil spirits, but also hostile animals and men."

The Blood sigil of the Spirit

In regards to talismanic composition, there are schools which incorporate blood-stained impressions left upon the paper by the cut tongue of the medium. These bloody marks represent the words of the Spirit, and the utterances of spells by the medium. It is also an example of the creation of new talismans by means of mediumistic practices of the Spirit Cloud (shen-hsiao) Sect of Taoism, which dates back to the Hsuan-ho reign period [AD 1119-26] of the Northern Sung Dynasty. These practices have survived until the present day in Hong Kong and Taiwan. M. Saso, in his Taoism and the Rite of Cosmic Renewal, has an illustration of a half-naked medium cutting himself with a sword while in trance, and carrying on his back a talisman dipped in blood."

As a direct result of this research-efforts will be added to ritual-to attempt to call upon the 4 Demon Kings-via trance work, and the Geomantic box-the sand, and the Peach-wood Wand, as personalized sigils will be created via ritual blood-letting in direct association with this Taoist technique and each of the 4 Demon Kings, and talismanic/sigilized compositions...

Triangles

Another thing that I have come to realization of-and began working with-is the triangles. When working with the archangels-I set the three candles around the altar apex up-the FIRE triangle-

which worked well-which associated with triangle with apex Down with the Infernal work-thus the WATER triangle-

which interestingly enough-presented itself to me-with the glass of cool water-utilized each Monday in my working with the Spirit Realm-and working directly with BOTH San Cyrpiano, and Eleggua on my altar...

Workings and the Cosmology

Of late-my own work has evolved in an interesting direction. I don't usually post like this-but it seemed appropriate at this point...
One thing that has happened-is that I have incorporated Saint Cypriano, which seems to have opened a very different dimension in my own work...
Looking at the Christian dates/holidays-a natural progression appeared in association with my own Cosmology-

Mojo’s Hexen cosmology

• October 8^th-Lord of the Red Hunt- Full Hunter’s Moon: the Full Hunter's Moon: on October 8 will usher in the influence of the Eternal Hunter-Der Ewich Yeeger-the Red Lord of the Hunt-

• Dame Holle: The arrival of the migrating geese-apple ritual for Dame Holle-

• Ghost Roads: Time of the Ghost Roads-when the Veil is thin, and the Spirits roam-when we invite our ancestors into our homes-with the sprinkling of graveyard dirt at the 4 borders of our land- MUST BE Before Samhain
• 
  October 11^th-4 Demon Kings: Michaelmas (old date Oct 11^th-when Lucifer and the Fallen host were supposed banished from Heaven)  ritual for the 4 Demon kings.

• January-3 Faced Angel as WitchFather: 3 kings day-Sunday occurring between 2 and 8 January-ritual for the 3 faced angel as WitchFather

• February-Lilith as WItchMother: Quickening Moon-February-Ritual for Lilith as Witchmother.

• April-Good Friday-the Friday before Easter

• June-June 23^rd - St. John’s Eve- 

I have incorporated them in direct association-with not only the Saints-but also with the Arch-angels-linked with their shadows aspects in regards to the Demon Kings-therefore-in the Month of September-I was VERY active ritually.
Beginning with the two dates associated with Saint Cypriano-the Feast days of 16 September and the 29th of September...

following these rituals-I begin the operation of acknowledging the aspects of Michaelmas-in direct association with the arch-angels-and the  4 Demon Kings-

September 29th-Michaelmas-or Feast of the Arch-Angels

Old Michaelmas-October 11-the date when Lucifer fell-blackberries were offered to the 4 Demon Kings.

The arch-angels were associated with the 4 Demon Kings thus:

• EAST-Air Gabriel with Sammuel
• SOUTH-Fire- Michael with Azazel
• WEST-Water- Raphael with Azael
• NORTH-Earth- Uriel with Mahazuel

also-during this time-I did the working for the second of the 4 eclipses in association with the Demon King Azael-the altar set-up for the celebration of the Blood Moon in direct association with the tetra and the 4 Demon Kings-specifically AZAEL-Lord of the Waves & Waters; Infernal King of the Hosts of the Sea-His spirit bottle is opened and prepared to welcome him-Bone, Hag-Stone, and Key open the 3 ways-and the Incense of the 4 Black Thrones burns in his honor...

7 drops blood from index finger of the left hand of the witch...

When deer season gets here this year-the first kill will be dedicated to the Red Lord of the Hunt.
