Shadow Energy is associated as something ‘bad’ rather 

than looking at it as a holistic part of each Individual...my

 own work (which was Not intentional-in the beginning)

 has evolved into a series of ritual workings that intends to

 meet this Shadow aspect of Self (which I have done) 

balance it with the LVX Self- build on better understanding

 of that aspect of Self and work with it through 

historical/cultural disciplines-that recognize and work with

 the specifics of this energy. 

It has been an interesting and educational journey thus

 far.
